A level 1 food hygiene course is for those who work with low risk food, or are not directly handling the food.
Here are some examples:
- Bar staff (for example, bottled drinks)
- Waiters and waitresses (for example, carrying food only)
- Manufacturers of low risk food (for example, raw meat)
- Shop staff (for example, packaged goods)
Level 1 courses take about 1 hour to complete and can be taken at the pace of the learner.
The course learning has interactive sections to help you more easily understand the content of this food hygiene training course.
After successfully completing the assessment a CPD accredited food hygiene certificate is issued for you to print there and then from your own PC, there is no need to wait for the certificate to be delivered in the post.
