All level 2 food hygiene courses consist of 5 lessons of learning with clear graphics and voice over to assist the learner. Once the learning is completed a trainee can take the 30 question multiple choice assessment. Upon successful completion of the test the CPD accredited certificate will be produced and available to print straight away. Course duration approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
Level 1 Food Hygiene Courses
All level 1 courses have 11 different modules of interactive learning which include text voice over. The assessment consists of 20 multiple choice questions and upon successful completion a CPD accredited certificate will be issued to print on your own PC. Course duration approximately 1 hour.
Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety
This Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate Training Course, also referred to as Intermediate Food Hygiene Training. This is specifically for Supervisors, Managers and those who are responsible for overseeing and updating the Food Safety Management Systems in the business.
Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering
This course is aimed at supervisors, managers and owners of catering food businesses. The HACCP level 3 course can be taken at your own pace and would normally take around 4-6 hours to complete. There is a 60 question assessment at the end of the learning content and upon successful completion a CPD certificate can be printed instantly.
