We are food safety specialists.
Our first training company was founded in 1987 at the request of a numbers of local food growing companies, who were keen to raise the technical awareness of their staff. From that time, we have specialised in providing quality, recognised food safety training in critical compliance areas.
We also write specific food (and knowledge) training packs which are widely used by colleges who deliver NVQ’s in food manufacture and meat and poultry production.
We specialise in e-learning. This is an infinity rich learning medium and much more effective at levels 1 and 2 than classroom courses, as it engages the learners attention more effectively and uses more senses, to help memory.
We are proud of our e-learning as it is very carefully written. One of our directors, Bob Hutson is one of the foremost UK food and HACCP experts – we know what we are talking about.
