UK standards require that food hygiene/safety courses are available in 3 formats, catering, manufacturing and retail. These formats allow you to choose the correct training for your working environment. Each format is available at 2 different levels,
level 1 awareness and level 2 handling.

Online Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2

Level 2 Courses
All level 2 food safety courses consist of 5 lessons of learning with clear graphics and voice over to assist the learner. Once the learning is completed a trainee can take the 30 question multiple choice assessment. Upon successful completion of the test the CPD accredited certificate will be produced and available to print straight away. Course duration approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.

Level 1 Courses
All level 1 courses have 11 different modules of interactive learning which include text voice over. The assessment consists of 20 multiple choice questions and upon successful completion a CPD accredited certificate will be issued to print on your own PC. Course duration approximately 1 hour.


Level 2 Health and Safety for Food Workers
It is a legal requirement that all employees must complete health and safety training that is appropriate to their job. This course covers all aspects of health and safety in the food industry and features the hazards commonly encountered. Course duration approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
